Featured Family: Alexus

Hello Kathy,

Alexus traveled awesome Daryll said, she did not make a sound.  She would sit there and let him pet her and then he would zip it up and she would just lay down and sleep.  They were late getting out of Seattle and then late leaving Chicago.  So he did not get home until almost 5pm our time.  Then we let her walk around outside and get some fresh air.  Then we brought her in and I have a night time kennel for her with a soft bed inside and then there is an exercise pen around it so she can get out during the day while we are gone and it sits on the tile floor so if she has an accident it is okay.  She picked up all of her new toys and put them in her bed.  She has adapted very well and we LOVE her.  As soon as she is house trained I am sure she will be sleeping with us.  She has gone to the bathroom on the puppy pad two times and then I have been taking her outside and she goes really soon after we go out.  This was a perfect weekend to get her because Daryll is off Monday,  my daughter is off  Tuesday and Wednesday, I have Thursday off and so she will be by herself only on Friday.  I think we will probably be getting a couple more Biewers.  She has the greatest personality, I was telling Daryll that she would be great to take into see the elderly or terminally ill because if you set her beside you she just lays down and puts her head on you.  She follows us all over the house.  It is amazing how fast those little legs go.

Thank you so much for letting us purchase her.  She is very special.   I attached a picture of her when she got her.  It is really cold her so when it gets warmer I will send you another one.  Let me know when you have her papers because I want to try and show her.  There are going to be 2 shows here in Louisville and one in Lexington.

I will keep in touch and let you know how she is doing.

Robin
